No steam (so, no Boiler) is required for paddy drying with the ‘Super-Econ’ system,the Dryer being provided with our invented Research-Award-Winning, Non-Air-Polluting ‘CycloFlame’ Furnace System.

There is no fluctuation in the temperature of the drying gas-air,because of automatic husk-firing arrangement in the Furnace system of the Dryer.

The Furnace System of the Dryer burns out completely all the volatile combustible matters in the husk and,thus, generates the absolutely smokeless and environment- friendly hot-gas for heating of the drying air by direct-mix method and,consequent thereto, there remains absolutely no possibility of any smokey odour in the paddy/rice or of penetration of any unhygienic substance into the paddy/rice; moreover, due to the unique arrangement provided in the Furnace system for the separation of ash particles from the hot furnace-gas-air mixture and the trapping thereof in an Ash-Trap, the paddy dried by the said gas-air remains entirely ash-free .

The modifications incorporated in these new Models will further ensure the perfect quality of the drying,even under certain abnormal operating conditions. Rice and bran produced from the dried paddy are of the topmost quality (subject to the grade/variety of paddy and the quality of the pre-cleaning & the parboiling Process as adopted).
